Silvana Castellucchio nasce a Monza (Milano) nel 1974. Si laurea in Filosofia all'Università degli Studi di Milano. Parallelamente prosegue la sua formazione artistica; l'influenza degli studi si riflette nei suoi lavori. La ricerca artistica è costante. Il Figurativo gradualmente cede all'Astrattismofino all'Informale, terreno caro e confacente. L'intima ricerca della forma astratta e la reinterpretazione del colore sono i suoi tratti distintivi |
Silvana Castellucchio was born in Monza (Milan, Italy) in 1974 and has been living in the Milan countryside for many years. She received an University education in Milan, where she graduated in Philosophy. Artistic education is parallel and feeds on the influence coming from her fields of study. Art investigation is constant; the Figurative style gradually gives way to the Abstract up to the Informal, beloved and suitable soil. The intimate research of the abstract form and the reinterpretation of the color are her hallmarks.
